I love to cook. I am a professional baker by trade, but most of what I make at home is just simple, good food. Do I feel like you have to be a pro to cook well? Nah. A sense of adventure and the closest pizza-delivery on speed-dial is all you need! That and a friend with lots of tips and recipes, too - hopefully that's where I come in!
